Very cute spot! Great location. 9 minute drive to SB. Love that it was dog friendly, cute and safe neighborhood, with great nearby trails. The bunnies and chickens added a fun farm vibe. There is also a hot tub! Meghan and Justin were communicative hosts! Would stay again!!

We had the most wonderful time at Meghan's place - the apartment is outstanding, the stylish furnishings are of the highest quality, & the comfort factor was fantastic! It was one of the very best Airbnb's we stayed at during our whole trip down the West Coast - clearly a lot of attention & care has been invested in this oasis of peace & tranquillity. It is also situated within a lovely neighbourhood, with great coffee shops & restaurants close by, & it is very accessible to the real delights & pleasures of Santa Barbara (gorgeous quiet beaches, great food, & a very relaxed & easy vibe). Check-in was so easy & straightforward, and Meghan was hugely helpful with all the valuable & detailed information she provided - an excellent resource! We also had a lovely chat with her great gardener one day - everyone was so friendly, welcoming & helpful! It was a true pleasure, & we will definitely return - it is a very special place indeed, one to remember for all the right reasons: a real gem. Thank you Meghan!

Meghan’s home offers a unique community vibe due to the nature of her Airbnb style. The main home is open for those renting out rooms and she is very relaxed about her guests hanging out in common areas. Besides the community vibe experience, she also houses chickens, a bunny, two dogs, and baby canaries. The experience with the animals was unlike any other Airbnb I have experienced, especially considering this was in a busier city. It was sweet waking up to the animals! I recommend this stay if you are open to being around new people and love animals! The cactus room and all the other amenities were exactly what I expected, and the wifi worked perfectly. We had a lovely 2 days stay in Santa Barbara at Megan’s beautifully appointed bedroom suite with bath. This was the first time I tried Air B&B’s room in a house rental- and I was more that pleased. Not only was it attractive and comfortable, the family was warm and generous, they were helpful with local recommendations, and we’re the best Air B&B hosts we’ve ever had!
We took in the beach, the poppy covered hills, and the good restaurants.
It was so nice to meet this young family, we felt right at home!

Awesome spot for a quick trip to Santa Barbara! This spot had everything we needed for our stay, and the outdoor space was perfect for my little dog. The king size bed is EXTREMELY comfortable, and the shower’s water pressure was great. Ubers are easy to get to downtown, so you can go wine taste without worry. Meghan was an extremely responsive and wonderful host - would definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Quiet neighborhood, with restaurants, beach, and downtown short drives. Wonderful walking area one block from home, as is coastal bike path which runs from Montecito to Goleta. Small enclosed yard is great feature for pet quests. Meghan is the most responsive Airbnb host we ever had.

This property was perfect for a solo trip I took with my pup! Between the comfortable furniture and charming personal touches, we felt right at home. My husband and I just spent two and a half weeks over Christmas and New Years visiting our son in Santa Barbara so we stayed in Meghan and Justin's beautiful home in the guest bedroom (with a very comfortable bed!) with private bathroom. Meghan and Justin were wonderful hosts! They were very friendly and welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable about the area. Their home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood; we always felt safe and had no worries about parking our rental car on their street. We were always welcomed to join them anytime in their kitchen/living room/dining areas, but they were also respectful of our private living space. Meghan and Justin are amazing parents to two young sons and it made our Christmas extra special watching little ones experience the joy of the holidays. We highly recommend Meghan's Boho Retreat and look forward to staying with them again!

Meg gave us such a warm welcome the second we arrived, and I’ve never been to a more welcoming stay. Not only was it clean, but it felt incredibly homey at the same time. One of my favorite stays after 5 years on airbnb, and ironically, its the first one where I’ve stayed in a family home. Also it is centrally located. They had variety of drinks at the minibar that were local and it was appreciated. Everything inside the space was well thought out. Their recommendation for dinner and nearby hikes were also great. Great amenities including a fancy espresso machine, alkaline water and hot tub. 10/10

This BoHo getaway was perfect for our family. The location was great - easy to find, and the trail access was so easy to walk our dog in the mornings and evenings. Meghan was very helpful in getting us set up (and bringing some milk in for my morning coffee!) All in all - a wonderful stay!

Meghan is such a nice host, and she knows what and how to communicate with her deaf guests. She is helpful in showing us what we need to use. Her cottage is so comfy and very clean. She also provided many good places in Santa Barbara, and I went to one of them. It was amazing. I would recommend looking into her Airbnb website and seeing her adorable cottage!

Not only is this space beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, it has THE MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Just outstanding. Book it for that reason alone. But other than that, no detail was spared. Minibar offerings like you’d find at a nice hotel, beautiful plants, a record player and Apple TV all helped make it a great place to stay. I was having trouble accessing the garage to do laundry and Meghan came over and showed me how to get the door open. Outstanding host! Can’t wait to stay again

We had a very comfortable stay at Meghan's place. Location was in the middle of everything in Santa Barbara, just 10 minutes away from everything. Cottage was as advertised, very clean and cozy and decorated thoughtfully with coffee, books, and a fireplace. Check in was easy, and Meghan was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. Oh, and you get to use a bidet in the bathroom. A nice touch.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m so glad I chose the queen suite inside the home. I agree with all of the positive reviews that have come before. Specific to my experience, I’ll add that since I was traveling alone, I found the hospitality of Meghan and her family to be quite a beneficial addition to my week of flying solo. Besides being terrific hosts, Meghan and Justin are a very sweet couple with two super adorable kids and a couple lovable dogs. It was great to have their helpful and positive presence as I came in and out over my 5 night stay. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for more seclusion, they have two private cottages in their lovely backyard as well that would be perfect for a quiet retreat.

Had a great stay! We stayed in a beautiful little cottage tucked away inside the property. Friendly atmosphere. Both Meghan and her husband were wonderful! Friendly and willing to ensure that our stay was above expectation.
